Tri-eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve is an important component used to realize on-off and flow control of pipeline system.Compared with traditional butterfly valve,it has the advantages of high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance and easy operation.It is widely used in petroleum,chemical industry,hydropower and other fields.Among them,large diameter,high temperature and high pressure tri-eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve is a new product in complete sets of equipment in various economic fields.As the problems such as fluid-structure coupling and vibration in the valve will affect the safe operation of the valve,in order to solve the above problems,the following research work is carried out by using the combination of ANSYS numerical simulation and traditional empirical formula:(1)Based on the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method,the steady flow field of large diameter three eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve was calculated,and the pressure and velocity distribution under different opening degrees were obtained.The transient flow field was calculated on the basis of steady flow field,and the pressure pulsation characteristics of different positions under different opening degrees were obtained The distribution of pressure fluctuation and the amplitude of pressure fluctuation in a certain range provide the basis for the subsequent study of fluid structure coupling vibration.(2)Based on the combination of ANSYS numerical simulation and traditional empirical formula,the fluid structure coupling characteristics and resonance characteristics of large diameter three eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve are studied,and the stress and deformation variation laws of valve plate and stem under different opening degrees are obtained.Through modal analysis,harmonic response analysis and comparative analysis of calculated shedding vortex frequency,the valve plate and stem under different opening degrees are obtained The vibration law of the valve stem provides the basis for the subsequent structure optimization design.(3)In view of the problem that the stress of large-diameter three eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve is too large or resonance occurs under a certain opening,the optimization and comparative analysis of the structure are carried out.By comparing the stress,deformation and vibration of the valve plate and valve stem before and after optimization,the co vibration can be avoided to realize the safe operation of the valve The anti resonance design of butterfly valve provides the basis.Through the above research,it provides reference and basis for reducing the stress deformation and resonance problems of large diameter three eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve,and provides new ideas and methods for anti resonance design of large diameter three eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve.
