| With the rapid development of my country’s highway industry,it has not only brought great convenience to people’s travel,but also improved the overall level of the national economy.However,during the use of highway asphalt pavement,as the service time of the pavement increases,the early damage of the asphalt pavement will gradually appear,which will have a significant impact on the service life of the pavement.Among them,the quality of raw materials and construction quality of asphalt pavement are affected by many factors,so it is very necessary to analyze the influencing factors,strict quality management and control measures are put forward to comprehensively improve the use quality of asphalt pavement and extend the service life of asphalt pavement.This article relies on the Weiwu Expressway section,this article combines mathematical statistics from raw materials(asphalt,aggregate,mineral powder),mixture ratio,road performance,and on-site testing on the three bidding sections of the road surface.Analysis methods(application of SPSS software),quality control methods(application of quality dynamic control charts),and gray correlation analysis methods(application of gray correlation degree)have conducted a more in-depth analysis of the factors affecting the road quality,and proposed corresponding The quality control measures in the future will accumulate relevant experience for the pavement quality of other expressways in Gansu Province in the future.The research results of this article show that:1.Through the analysis methods of variance,standard deviation and coefficient of variation in mathematical statistical analysis methods,a comparative analysis of the key factors that have the greatest impact on the stable state and variability of the quality of raw materials(asphalt,aggregate,and slag)has been carried out.The results show that: The penetration quality distribution of No.70 oil of Grade A and the second standard of road surface is similar to the normal distribution,which is more stable than that of the third standard of road surface,and its performance index after aging is also better than that of the third standard of road surface;there are six types for each standard section.The order of the coefficient of variation of the three major indexes of asphalt: ductility> penetration> softening point,and the order of the coefficient of variation after short-term aging: ductility> penetration ratio,therefore,each bidding section needs to strictly test and control the ductility and penetration of the asphalt as key indicators.2.It can be seen from the dynamic quality control chart of oil-stone ratio that the quality control of the second and third pavement standards is relatively stable;from the results of gray correlation analysis,it can be seen that the main factors affecting the high-temperature stability of the mixture are: the viscosity of the SBS modified asphalt,2.36 mm pass rate,oil-stone ratio and void ratio of the mixture in the mixture;the main factors affecting the low-temperature crack resistance of the asphalt mixture are: aggregate needle flake content,oil-stone ratio and softening point;the main influence of the water stability of the asphalt mixture The factors are: oil-stone ratio,viscosity and bitumen saturation.3.The quality of the pavement after being paved is tested on site.The gray correlation analysis shows that the factors that have a greater impact on the road surface compactness are the thickness of the surface layer,the rolling temperature and the oil-stone ratio;the gray correlation analysis shows the pavement water seepage coefficient The major influencing factors are porosity and oil-stone ratio. |
