With the deepening of power system reform,the game between power plants,power companies and power plants and users has greatly squeezed the profit space of power plants and worsened the living environment of power generation enterprises.Especially for gas turbine power generation enterprises,how to carry out accurate cost calculation and profit analysis,optimize the operation mode and realize the maximum benefit has become an urgent problem for enterprise operation.Aiming at the problems of inaccurate allocation of heating cost of power generation and lack of scientific operation decision basis in Huaneng Dongshan Power Plant,this paper presents a new method of thermoelectric cost allocation for gas-steam combined cycle units,which is closer to the real power supply cost and heating cost by means of literature research,case analysis and system simulation analysis.Combined with the market price of the power supply,heat supply,gas,using big data analysis results,the unit of production operation unit design data and test report after the repair,given the unit under various operation modes of cost calculation,the fixed cost and the auxiliary power in the allocation of the power supply and heat supply two products,and the economic benefit is calculated.Using the cost function of gas consumption to calculate the real-time heat and electricity conversion ratio,the balance point of power supply and heating profit and income ratio,and with the real-time ratio of increasing heating power and reducing power generation,the optimal operation decision scheme of the unit operation and the optimal power generation and heating output of the unit in real time are given.According to the thermodynamic balance diagram of the unit,the calculation method of the maximum generating power under the fixed heating amount is given.Using the big data method to give the profit comparison under various operation modes of the unit,can guide the operator to optimize the choice of different operation modes,but also can save the test cost of the unit.
