Coal transmission and distribution control system is an important sub-control system in thermal power plant,which plays a vital role in improving the overall operation efficiency of power plant and reducing pollutant emission.To improve the production process of coal transmission and distribution system,Optimize the control performance of coal transmission and distribution monitoring system,and enhance the level of automatic management and operation of the system will have realistic economic benefits and long-term social benefits.The coal transmission and distribution monitoring system of 2×350MW circulating fluidized bed unit in Shuozhou Thermal Power Plant is a technical renovation project.Before the technical transformation,because of the variety of coal burning,the quality of coal burning is not stable,which directly causes the boiler combustion efficiency is not stable,and the long-term operation in the low state.At the same time,thermal power plants have long failed to meet the emission standards for energy conservation and environmental protection.It is necessary to improve the design of coal transmission and distribution control system in thermal power plant.As a part-time on-the-job graduate student,I was fortunate to participate in the whole process of the design,construction and commissioning of the technical transformation project.I have accumulated a lot of engineering and design experience in the work,and have a profound understanding of the coal transmission and distribution monitoring system.In this paper,on the basis of in-depth study of the development status of coal transmission and distribution control system at home and abroad,full field investigation,collection of a large number of literature and research and analysis,combined with the actual situation of my coal transmission and distribution control system,in order to improve the comprehensive economic benefits and improve the level of energy conservation and environmental protection,carried out the research and design work.Combined with the actual situation of the system,on the basis of the analysis of the coal transmission and distribution system production process in thermal power plant,the characteristics and control requirements of the control system are summarized and summarized,and the overall control requirements of the coal transmission and distribution monitoring system are put forward.At the same time,the control requirements of coal conveying system and coal blending system are given,and the overall operation mode of the system is determined.In order to improve the performance and control precision of the control system,advanced control strategies are introduced in the main process of the coal transmission and distribution system,including the silo constant material level cascade control strategy and the three kinds of coal according to the given proportion of the three closed-loop ratio control strategy.The hardware system of coal transmission and distribution system is designed in detail.Including the three-layer control network system design,the system’s main equipment control circuit electrical principle design,frequency converter parameter configuration and peripheral circuit design,the main electrical equipment function analysis and selection.The software flow chart of the control program of the coal transmission and distribution control system is designed,and the configuration picture of the upper computer monitoring system is designed according to the technological process and control requirements.The technical transformation project of the coal transmission and distribution monitoring system has achieved good results.Under the premise of energy saving and environmental protection targets,the enterprise’s economic benefits are maximally improved,the reliability and stability of the system operation are improved,the automation level and management level of the enterprise network are enhanced,and the labor intensity of the workers is reduced.
