| In the policy environment of the gradual promotion of the development strategy of made in China 2025 and the integration of military and civilian industries,military enterprises are facing higher quality requirements and more intense market competition.It has become an urgent task to explore the development of an old military industrial enterprise.Military enterprises have higher quality awareness,rich experience in the construction and operation of quality management system,and the stable and efficient operation of quality management system.It can reduce costs and improve efficiency for enterprises.This paper takes the old military enterprise K Company as an example to study the business process of its quality management system.The failure mode and consequence analysis FMEA of the quality management tools familiar to the enterprise were used to evaluate and analyze the business process of the quality management system of Company K.The failure of business process is regarded as a product defect,so experts are asked to evaluate it with fuzzy language,and then defuzzify and quantitatively calculate the risk priority coefficient RPN(Risk Priority Number)of each business process.The key business processes that have a great impact on the quality management system are determined according to the key few rules,and the key business processes are P3-Design and development,P5-production service provision,P2-product realization process planning,P4-product and service control.According to the key business processes identified in the previous study,which have the greatest impact on the quality management system of K Company,the business process optimization is carried out.First of all,the current situation of business process was sorted out,and IDEF0 modeling was used to describe the current situation of business process,second,the familiar quality management tool FMEA was use to mine the potential failure mode of business process,combined with practical experience and theoretical knowledge.Design and development does not take into account the company’s overall strategic planning,no cost control measures,no risk control measures,design and development experience knowledge can not be reused.A business process optimization design scheme was proposed,increase the market prediction link,use the target cost management for cost control,the whole process combined with risk control,increase the experience and knowledge summary link,and the optimized key business process was described by IDEF0 modeling.In order to help the company to operate more effective and efficient control system,and optimize the key business processes that have the greatest impact on the quality management system,so that enterprises can reduce costs and improve efficiency,so as to improve the competitiveness of core enterprises.The business process of K consensus quality management system was analyzed and optimized in this paper,which combs the business process and key business process of K company’s quality management system,and the key business process of the quality management system was determined.The research methods and results can provide some reference for the same type of enterprises. |
