The competitive advantage of enterprise has developed from relying on hard power categories such as products,technology and capital in the past to relying more and more on soft power categories such as social responsibility,human resources,corporate reputation,technological innovation,corporate culture and so on.Therefore,the position of soft power of enterprises in the era of product homogeneity competition is becoming more and more prominent.The thesis named "The Relevant Mechanism and Empirical Study on Enterprise Soft Power and Enterprise Performance" aims to explain the specific definition of Construction Enterprise Soft Power,establish a relatively complete analysis framework of Enterprise Soft Power,and explain the inherent logical relationship between Enterprise Soft Power and Enterprise Performance.Firstly,on the basis of previous studies,this thesis analyses the relationship between Enterprise Soft Power and Enterprise Performance,then constructs the model of this thesis,defines the definition of variables and measurement indicators,and studies the related theory of Enterprise Soft power and Enterprise Performance through specific research,so as to put forward the hypothesis of this study.Finally,the analysis and design work will be carried out.Then use SPSS17.0 software to collate,analyze and explain the data collected from the questionnaire.Through the above research,this thesis argues that there is a positive correlation between the cultural soft power and the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises.Strengthening the construction of cultural soft power can improve the performance level of enterprises.The key cultural factors affecting the performance of SMEs are identified as organizational learning,empowerment,teamwork,customer orientation,outstanding innovation and interpersonal harmony through data analysis.SMEs should focus on these aspects in the process of building cultural soft power.
