In recent years,the construction industry has achieved great progress and considerable achievements in the construction industry,which has further consolidated its position as a pillar industry in the national economy.However,in the process of rapid development,there are still some issues that cannot be ignored,such as low profitability and labor productivity,low industrial concentration,unreasonable industrial structure,extensive growth mode,serious waste of resources,low technological content,and innovative investment.Insufficient,and so on.Despite the rapid development of science and technology,and the continuous improvement of project management,the construction industry has not effectively solved the above-mentioned problems.Under the new situation,how to cultivate and maintain the competitive advantage of construction companies and promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry is an important issue that needs to be resolved.Lean construction,as a new construction method,can effectively solve many ills of construction companies,achieve the goal of reducing energy consumption and reducing or eliminating waste,improve the management level and economic efficiency of construction companies,and can promote the construction enterprises in the economy with less effort and under the new normal transformation and upgrading.However,there are few studies on whether Chinese construction enterprises have the power to implement lean construction and whether there is a relationship between the power of lean construction and the performance of construction enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to use the relevant domestic and foreign theories to carry out research on the lean construction dynamic mechanism of construction companies,that is,the impact mechanism of the construction company's implementation of lean construction on the performance of construction companies,and to find a practical entry point for improving the overall performance of construction companies.Based on this,the paper follows the combination of theoretical research and empirical research,qualitative and quantitative analysis,and adopts literature research methods,questionnaire surveys and expert interviews,case analysis methods,and mathematical statistics,etc.,and the integrated use of structural equations modeling.The model has conducted in-depth and meticulous research on the lean construction dynamic mechanism and corporate performance improvement proposals of construction companies.Firstly,the thesis summarizes and analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of lean construction from the aspects of theoretical research,project management,implementation mode and influencing factors,summarizes the beneficial results of current lean construction research,and discovers the problems in the research.This put forward the importance and necessity of this paper's research.At the same time,the paper defined the concept of the construction enterprise,and elaborates on the related concepts of lean construction of construction companies,sorts out the development history of lean construction,and analyzes the theoretical basis of the lean construction dynamic mechanism of construction companies,laying a solid theoretical foundation for the writing of the thesis.Secondly,it analysis the characteristics and types of implementing lean construction,and analysis the root causes of lean construction power,and defines the meaning of lean construction power.Then through literature research and expert interviews,it identified a total of 24 dynamic factors in the four aspects of the social motivation,action motive,market motive,and enterprise motive of construction companies.At the same time,through literature research and case analysis,the relevant concepts of architectural firm performance are defined,and 12 performance factors of architectural firm performance in profitability performance,operational performance,and development performance are determined.Afterwards,the assumption of the relationship between the driving force of lean construction and the performance factors of construction enterprises,that is,the lean construction dynamic mechanism of construction enterprises.The structural equation modeling tool was used to obtain data through questionnaire survey and the reliability of the data.Validity and validity were tested.After the data tests met the model requirements,the assumption models were simulated,evaluated,and corrected.The final results were obtained.It is determined that the social motivation,action motivation,market motivation and enterprise motivation of lean construction in construction enterprises have significant positive effects on performance,and 14 key dynamic factors were extracted and the influence of these dynamic factors on performance is analyzed in detail.At the same time,a case study of lean construction by a company in the Third Construction Bureau of the China Construction Construction Corporation was selected to conduct case studies.It analyzes in detail the implementation of lean construction,the driving factors,the impact of lean construction motivation on performance and so on.The dynamic mechanism model of lean construction is further verified,and the rationality and feasibility of the model conclusions are verified too.Finally,on the basis of the above series of analysis,and combining with the advanced experience and Enlightenment of foreign lean construction,the paper based on the perspective of strengthening the implementation power of lean construction in construction enterprises to enhance the performance of construction enterprises,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the implementation of lean construction from four levels: social motivation,industry motivation,market motivation and enterprise motivation,and takes them as strategies to enhance the performance of construction enterprisesThe paper studies the dynamic mechanism of lean construction and corporate performance improvement strategies,clarifies the relationship between implementation power and corporate performance,and on the one hand enriches the relevant theoretical system of lean construction,and on the other indicates the direction for lean construction implementtation of Chinese construction companies.It helps to promote the implementation of lean construction in China and promote the improvement of the performance of construction companies.It has strong theoretical and practical significance.
