The main bearing of direct drive wind turbine is a very important component,and its failure will lead to serious accidents.In view of the special condition of intermittent lowspeed variable load,the low value density of monitoring data,and the lack of effective condition monitoring theory at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some suggestions.In this paper,the main bearing of direct drive wind turbine is taken as the object,and the variation law of the speed and acceleration of the bearing under different speeds and loads is simulated,which provides the application basis for the condition monitoring of the main bearing of direct drive wind turbine.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The establishment and comparative analysis of the modelIn this paper,the research results and methods of related problems at home and abroad are analyzed through comprehensive ability.The pure rigid body model and rigid flexible coupling model of self-aligning roller bearing are established.Firstly,the dynamic characteristics are analyzed,and then the 3D model is imported into ADAMS software.According to the actual situation,the constraints and incentives are added for simulation calculation.Through the analysis of the simulation results,we can make a comparison between the rigid model and the rigid flexible coupling model,verify the reliability of the simulation model,and decide to use the pure rigid model in this research.(2)Analysis of the state of bearings under different loads and speedsThrough the analysis of the normal bearing components in different forces and under the same force,the normal bearing and fault bearing speed,acceleration and centroid position changes and other parameters.Whether the vibration characteristics are consistent with the normal speed under the ultra-low speed condition and whether the fault frequency can be found by Fourier transform are analyzed.And try to judge whether the bearing has fault by looking at the axis track.The simulation results show that firstly,the load will affect the impact characteristics of the dynamic model.The higher the load,the greater the impact.But when the load reaches a certain value,the impact does not increase with the increase of the load.Secondly,in the case of ultra-low speed,the failure frequency can not be seen through the frequency domain.By looking at the acceleration of the bearing inner ring,we can distinguish whether there is a fault in the bearing inner ring.Finally,by looking at the track of a certain position of the bearing inner ring,we can distinguish whether there is a fault in the inner ring.
