| In today’s world,with the rapid development of social economy,wind power generation is the most sophisticated technology in the world,and also the most promising technology in clean energy power generation.Nowadays,countries are very concerned about and support the development of wind power.In order to solve the problem of wind abandonment,further drive the energy transformation and improve the value of clean energy.In order to save energy consumption,reduce air pollution and relieve the pressure of power grid,it is very important to put forward a way of wind curtailment.First of all,in order to solve the current situation of wind abandonment in China and based on the support policy of new energy in China,this paper proposes a mobile heat storage device to absorb wind abandonment for heating.Based on the solid heat storage equipment of SCHüRER-BENZ in Germany,the abandoned wind energy is stored in the heat storage device in the form of heat energy to achieve the effect of peak-clifting and valley filling.In order to achieve good heat storage effect and heat transfer effect,this paper analyzes and designs the heating device and heat exchanger in the heat storage device.Secondly for the situation of heating to master the necessary working principle and control requirements design.In order to realize the transmission of information of field equipment in the heating site of mobile heat storage device,the selection and configuration of field bus are required to be reasonable,and the network topology diagram is constructed.In the process of heating,an important problem is the control stability,temperature control is a nonlinear,time-delay,multi-interference system,the traditional temperature control in the field of PID control effect can not meet the expectation,the quality of the steady state index is poor.It seriously affects the temperature deviation of heating effluent and the rational utilization of energy.Therefore,the introduction of fuzzy control algorithm,common function of the fuzzy PID controller,on the basis of relevant experience to complete the compilation of fuzzy rule table,a series of finished simulation comparison,the superiority of the fuzzy PID.In this paper,the matrix prediction and fuzzy PID are combined to a certain extent,and the optimization process is repeated,and the prediction and fuzzy self-tuning function are played together,and the expected control effect is better.Finally,the control effect of the whole heat storage device is realized based on PLC,and the hardware configuration and program writing are carried out in TIA Portal V14 SP1,as well as the design of the main control interface.Control system is studied in this paper,the heating process,in the process of research on the temperature control of the nonlinear control strategy to improve,as well as to the control process to design,implement further improve the accuracy of the heating system,realize the reasonable abandon wind is given on the basis of the control effect and significantly improve the utilization rate of wind power,has the good social environment can take and efficiency. |
