Research On Self-assessment Tool For Elderly-oriented Existing Residential

At present,China is in an unprecedented process of aging.The change in population structure makes the issue of old-age care one of the most important challenges facing our country.As a basis for the content of the current pension policy system,“home-based care for the elderly” will become an important carrier for the elderly,and its old-fashion performance will directly affect the quality of life of most elderly people.Therefore,whether as an old-age assessment tool,it provides a reference for the construction and renovation of residential buildings,or is used as a tool to collect old and large data for supply and demand,and provide a basis for the formulation of pension policies.It is necessary to establish an existing home fitness assessment tool.In order to establish an evaluation tool that can comprehensively,accurately and objectively reflect the living space and environmental adaptability,this paper analyzes and analyzes the existing residential evaluation tools at home and abroad,and based on the status quo of China’s old-age care,determines the construction by “space”.And the "performance" two aspects of the existing housing self-assessment tool that reflects the total target value,and according to the nature of the indoor space,it is divided into eight subscales: home,corridor,bathroom,kitchen,living room,bedroom,restaurant,balcony;according to the old performance determines the four dimensions of the tool:functionality,applicability,safety,comfort.Through the collation of domestic and foreign literatures and relevant national standards and norms,this paper forms an evaluation item library.The initial screening of the evaluation items was carried out by frequency statistics method,and the initial table of the evaluation tools was formed through small-scale test.The statistical analysis of the initial table entries and the overall scale reliability and validity test were carried out through pre-tests,and the entries were performed.The screening was carried out to form a formal existing aging assessment tool for residential buildings.Finally,the evaluation tools were empirically tested and verified with reliability and validity,and the operability and evaluation performance were tested,and the results were descriptively analyzed.
