Study On The Reconstruction Design Of The Elderly-oriented Residential Buildings In Rural Areas Of Shexian County

Aging problem in China is becoming more and more serious with the advent of an aging society.For tacking the problem,a series of new policies have been made by the government,and numerous nursing homes have been built for the elderly people.On the other hand,currently few researches in architectural field are focused on the reconstruction of the elderly-oriented residential buildings in rural areas.In contrast,the research of rural old-age aspects is slightly weak in China,especially for rural elderly residential research.At the same time,the acceleration of the urbanization process led to the loss of rural young labor force,so the elderly gradually become the main living part in rural areas.However,because of rural construction mostly spontaneous construction,the lack of living needs of the elderly and the use of feelings to consider.Therefore,there need the research of rural elderly living buildings for aging renovation to solve the living needs for the old people.This research focus on the physiological characteristics,psychological characteristics and living needs of the elderly in the rural areas,and analyzes the questionnaire survey data of the elderly's willingness to adopt the old age,then summarizes the old-age willingness and housing needs of the rural elderly.This paper chooses the four types of buildings in the residential areas,mountain houses,new rural residential buildings and collective old-age facilities as the research objects,analyzes the living problems in these four types of research objects,and according to the elderly living,the actual needs of its personalized aging of the renovation.Combined with the author' experience of participating in the actual project,that is,Xigang Village,Shexian high-rise residential buildings and the end of the business for aging renovation,the theory and practice closely together,let this study has the practical significance.In order to solve the problem of the elderly living in rural areas,this paper based on the reality of the rural areas,the elderly in the rural areas of the existing residential buildings for the aging of the renovation,and wish that through the existing residential buildings in rural areas in Handan city,provide basic theory for the future rural areas in the elderly living buildings as the related design reference.
