| The quality level of the product determines the core competitiveness of the enterprise and affects the efficiency of the enterprise.Therefore,how to improve the quality management level of the enterprise,improve the quality management ability,reduce the occurrence of product quality defects in the production process,and reduce the additional quality cost caused by substandard products,are more critical for the development of enterprises and the promotion of market competitiveness.For the OEM,the quality management of the welding production line not only affects the appearance quality of the whole vehicle,but also affects many other performances of the passenger car.Therefore,research on the quality management of welding production line can further improve the product quality of vehicle models.This paper focuses on the improvement of the quality management of the welding production line of the Talagon model of FAW-Volkswagen.Firstly,based on the current situation of quality management of the Talagon welding production line,the problems existing in the quality management of the whole process of the production line are summarized.The whole process quality management of welding production line is analyzed from three dimensions: production preparation stage,production process and production inspection.Analysis of the main problems existing in the production preparation stage of the welding production line at this stage include: low adaptability of quality requirements and model characteristics,quality assurance trial production and prototype evaluation are still in their infancy,and the pre-production stage lacks mass production capacity verification.The main problems in the production process stage include: the working mode of the person in charge of the purchased parts is more of a "fire-fighting" work;the fluctuation of the staff’s operation stability and the staff’s quality awareness caused by the frequent shutdown of production;the main problems in the inspection stage It is the low adaptability between the inspection process and mass production.Secondly,the reasons for the above problems are analyzed.The reasons for the problems in the production preparation stage mainly include the low participation of professional departments,the lack of professionals and teams for quality assurance trial production,and the relative separation of responsibilities between projects and batch production.The main reason for the problems in the production process is that the production line lacks quality culture training and does not pay attention to prior quality management.The main reasons for the problems in the inspection stage are the low emphasis on quality inspection work and the lack of quality inspection personnel.Thirdly,an improvement plan is designed based on the above reason analysis.Based on the design goals of realizing user orientation,full participation and continuous improvement,the improvement plan is designed and the implementation process is discussed.The improvement plan mainly includes: for the production preparation stage,clarify the division of labor within the quality assurance department,cross-departmental responsibilities,and refine the decision-making process;the "factory responsibility system" is adopted in the project stage.For the production process,the quality management of incoming parts needs to carry out the optimization design of the control process for purchased parts;stop production and resume production training,quality awareness training,and quality literacy improvement to achieve both skills and awareness.In the inspection stage,it is necessary to improve the management and control of the QRK quality control loop to achieve efficient quality management of production.Finally,the implementation of the improvement plan and safeguard measures are proposed.The implementation of the plan mainly includes the establishment of a quality assurance team in the production preparation stage,and the definition of the mass production handover content;the production line operator’s work level assessment in the production process stage,the operation specification of the standard operation card,and sorting out the monitoring list of key purchased parts.The safeguard measures for the implementation of the plan mainly focus on four levels:organization,technology,information,and funds. |
