Research On China’s Cruise Tourism Evaluation System And Satisfaction Based On Online User Evaluation

With the rapid development of global tourism,cruise tourism is becoming a favorite way of travel.The global cruise tourism market has grown steadily.It has maintained a growth rate of about 7% in the past 10 years and is a new star in the international tourism industry.The development of China’s cruise industry has gone through the first "Golden Decade",but it is still in its infancy and opportunities and risks coexist.Cruise tourism is still a new way of tourism for Chinese tourists,and it is necessary to continuously and deeply explore the needs of cruise tourists to promote the rapid and prosperous development of the domestic cruise tourism market.Therefore,this study explores the current situation of my country’s cruise travel satisfaction evaluated by online users from the perspective of tourist needs,and explores the establishment of a cruise travel satisfaction evaluation system.This research firstly interpreted the concepts and theories of "visitor satisfaction","online reviews",and "Maslow’s demand theory" to establish a research foundation.Then select each cruise route as the research object.By studying the user evaluation information of domestic cruise ships on third-party websites,the text analysis method is used to initially understand the tourist satisfaction situation,explore the factors affecting satisfaction,and then realize the construction through Maslow’s demand theory The cruise tourism satisfaction evaluation system calculates the weight of each indicator based on the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to quantitatively analyze the satisfaction of cruise tourism to obtain the recent satisfaction of cruise tourism in my country.This study is based on the establishment of a cruise tourism satisfaction evaluation system to quantitatively explore the current situation of cruise satisfaction in my country.During the research process,the following research results were obtained: First,a concise and targeted cruise tourism satisfaction evaluation system based on online network evaluation was constructed with the "Maslow Demand Theory" as the starting point.This system can be intuitive and quantitative Comparison of various aspects of satisfaction of cruise tourists.Second,explore how to improve cruise travel satisfaction.To meet the needs of tourists at different levels,we should also pay attention to satisfying the needs of tourists level by level.Physiology and safety are still the most basic needs and cannot be ignored;while meeting the basic needs,social,respect,and self-realization needs will also be corresponding Promotion.Third,at this stage,the overall satisfaction of cruise tourism in my country is relatively high.There are obvious differences in the satisfaction levels of various factors,and the satisfaction of shore tours is low.This research enriches the methods and content of cruise tourism satisfaction research;the constructed cruise tourism satisfaction evaluation system can better reflect the needs of tourists and is more time-sensitive;the tools and methods used in the research are more novel.
