Research On The Development And Countermeasures Of Cruise Tourism In Qingdao

Under the background of global tourism,cruise tourism has gradually become the focus of the reform of the supply side of the tourism industry and the new driving force for new and old kinetic energy conversion.From the current achievements,cruise tourism has become a new growth point for tourism.It has created considerable economic and social benefits.Qingdao has good coastal tourism resources.With the increasing number of international cruise ships visiting Qingdao,the Qingdao International Cruises Port will be built to promote the Qingdao cruise tourism industry,it has a tremendous impetus to develop the local economy,promote labor and employment,promote tourism culture,realize the transformation and completion of new and old kinetic energy conversion and complete the supply-side reform.This paper summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on cruise tourism,obtains the basic information of cruise tourism in Qingdao through literature research and field investigation,and reviews the development history of cruise tourism in Qingdao according to the chronological sequence of before reform and opening up,in the early stage of reform and opening up,after reform and opening up and in the new era.It sums up the resource advantage,customer source advantage and policy advantage that Qingdao has in developing cruise tourism,and shows the current situation of cruise tourism in Qingdao on this basis.Under the guidance of tourist satisfaction theory,tourism experience theory and customer perceived value theory,referring to Customer Satisfaction Index,the structural equation model is applied to the design of Qingdao cruise tourist Structural Equation Model,and the cruise tourist satisfaction evaluation model is constructed,including one first level index,six second level indexes and twenty six third level indexes.Through questionnaire survey and interview to obtain the original data of the model,combined with the actual development of Qingdao cruise tourism,based on the descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis of Qingdao cruise tourist satisfaction,this paper analyzes the current situation of Qingdao cruise tourism development,and draws the conclusion that Qingdao cruise tourist satisfaction is the basic satisfaction.However,there are some problems in Qingdao cruise tourism,such as the low level of understanding,the lack of holiday awareness,and the lack of product selectivity.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of Qingdao cruise tourism by enriching tourism products on the basis of strengthening the cruise tourism culture publicity and cultivating tourists' leisure and holiday awareness.
