With the growing problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution, the transformation of energy consumption mode and energy structure is urgent. The community integrated energy station(CIES)can significantly improve energy efficiency, reduce pollutant emissions, improve renewable energy utilization, and enhance system stability through comprehensive management and cascade utilization of multiple energy sources. The key to its economic,energy-efficient,and environmentally friendly operation is scientific planning and optimal configuration. On the other hand,in the future distribution network,CIES can support the grid operation by providing various auxiliary services such as frequency regulation service, which is one of the important revenue sources of CIES in the future integrated energy station. The frequency regulation service needs to be considered in the planning stage. In this context, this thesis studies the CIES planning problem considering frequency regulation service, and mainly completes the following research work:1)Modeling of CIES structure and equipment.Firstly, the model of CIES is established.Besides, the internal structure and power flow are analyzed in detail. For practical planning problems, the planning model of devices are established, which lay the foundation for the research of CIES optimal planning.2)A CIES planning model considering the coupling of electric, heating and gas is established.Taking the minimum annual comprehensive cost as the optimization goal and considering the power balance constraint and the equipment operation constraints,a mixed-integer linear programming problem for CIES planning is presented. Then, the effectiveness of the planning model is verified, and the influencing factors which affects the planning and operation of CIES are analyzed.3)A CIES planning model considering participating in frequency regulation service is proposed.Firstly, the simplified frequency regulation market mechanism and bidding procedures are introduced.According to the data of the market in the past, the time scale of the frequency regulation power and the operating power of the CIES are unified.Secondly, given that the impact of time-of-use electricity price on the purchasing power will lead to excessive power fluctuations in the distribution network,a flexible electricity price model is introduced to stabilize the peak power demand of the CIES.Based on the mixed-integer quadratic programming model, the equipment configuration considering the CIES participating in the frequency regulation service is obtained, and the impact of providing auxiliary services on the economics of the CIES is analyzed.
