| At present,design enterprises are transforming from single professional designing to EPC project management.Relying on the supply chain system constructed by construction subcontractors,equipment and raw material suppliers,etc.,the scale of enterprises is constantly expanding,and the core competitiveness is significantly enhanced.However,due to EPC project management is still in its infancy,lack of relevant management experience,and affected by internal and external factors,the supply chain of some EPC projects is not smooth or even broken,which has become one of the important factors restricting the realization of project management objectives.Based on the research result of domestic and foreign scholars and engineering investigation,this essay combined with the characteristics of EPC project supply chain led by design enterprises to identify and analyze the supply chain structure and operational risk characteristics.Combined with literature analysis and engineering investigation results,the risk factors set based on supply chain process is constructed.Based on Vague set theory,subjective evaluation of risk factors was carried out by expert interview,multi-risk factors evaluation was transformed into multi-attribute fuzzy decision-making problem,and risk weight and risk grade evaluation model is constructed.determined risk level of risk factors and prioritized them,which provided support for risk management,which provided support for risk management.Combined with an EPC project example of a design enterprise to evaluate and analyze supply chain risk,put forward suggestions on control measures for major risks,and realized the whole process of analysis and research from identification,evaluation to control for supply chain risks,which has some reference value for the research on supply chain risk management of EPC projects led by design enterprises. |
