Research On Supply Chain Risk Management Of ZT Auto Parts Company

In recent years,while improving product quality and reducing operating costs,automobile manufacturers have further strengthened supply chain management.However,due to the complexity and instability of the enterprise supply chain,the supply chain risk of automobile manufacturing enterprises is gradually increasing,which seriously affects the profitability and sustainable development ability of enterprises.The implementation of supply chain risk management and innovation is of great significance for enterprises to reduce the vulnerability of supply chain and enhance their competitiveness.Taking the supply chain risk of ZT auto parts company as the object,based on the theory of supply chain management and risk management,this paper analyzes the current situation of supply chain management of ZT auto parts company,systematically studies the risk identification,evaluation and the formulation of countermeasures,and achieves the following research results.First of all,using the method of literature research,this paper combs the relevant research results of supply chain management and risk management at home and abroad,and clarifies the background and significance,related concepts and theoretical basis of this research,which lays a theoretical foundation for the development of this research.Secondly,based on the analysis of the supply chain of ZT auto parts company,by using the methods of field investigation and expert investigation,it is identified that the supply chain risk factors of ZT auto parts company mainly include customer order factors,upstream supplier capacity factors,supply chain node enterprise cooperation factors and supply chain environment factors,and the factors in each aspect can be subdivided into 24 sub supply chain risk factors factor.Thirdly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to evaluate the risk factors of ZT auto parts company management.The results show that the overall supply chain risk of ZT auto parts company is at a medium level.Among them,the supply chain cooperation risk is the highest.The second is the order demand factor,the supplier’s own factor and the supply chain environment risk factor.Finally,based on the results of fuzzy evaluation,the paper puts forward the Countermeasures for the supply chain risk of ZT auto parts company from the aspects of improving the accuracy of order and sales forecast,establishing strategic partnership and strengthening the prediction of supply chain environmental risk.The research of this paper has a certain guiding significance for ZT auto parts company to strengthen risk early warning and reduce supply chain vulnerability.
