Research On Interactive Landscape Design In The Garden Environment Of Retirement Community In Changsha

Through the investigation of several retirement community in Changsha,the author found that the utilization rate of place space is not efficient,and low interactivity.To some extent,it affects the interaction between the elderly people,and hinders the communication between the elderly people and the community environment.Therefore,the interactive design and construction of community landscape for the elderly people are in urgent need of attention.This thesis tries to link the construction of landscape architecture and ecological environment of community activities,discussing the construction of social communication space,humanistic feelings,living feelings of the elderly from a humanistic perspective,hope to create an ecological harmonious,interesting interaction,participation and experience in retirement community garden environment,aim to improve the quality of life for the elderly people in the retirement community.The thesis analyzes the methods of literature consultation,investigation,Interdisciplinary,inductive logic,and learning from the existing research results at home and abroad on the basis,to explore the theory and method of interactive design of landscape for the retirement community.Through the field research of three retirement communities in Changsha,and according to statistics of the use of landscape space and facilities by the elderly,summarizing the characteristics of its environmental space,purpose to provide theoretical basis and practical experience for the principles and methods of interactive landscape design.The research content of this thesis mainly includes four aspects,Firstly,making a basic research of interactive landscape in the retirement community,including a summary of the conception,type and characteristics of interactive landscape,and an analysis of the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly people.Secondly,according to the investigation and analysis of the current situation of interactive landscape in the landscape environment,Summarizing the research results to get the interactive design inspiration.Thirdly,put forward the design method and development trend of interactive landscape in the landscape environment of retirement community.Finally,on the basis of the theoretical knowledge summarized above,Performing application analysis of the practical cases.This thesis mainly analyzes the interactive landscape in the garden environment of retirement community in a broad sense,while it mainly applies landscape facilities in a narrow sense.The author through the analysis and summary of typical case,put forward the development trend of interactive landscape towards health,technology and intelligence,look forward to this research and exploration and call for the society to strengthen the extensive attention to the elderly in the design of interaction between physical and psychological and behavioral needs,Respecting and emphasizing the feelings of the elderly in the environment,and purposing to improve the quality of life for the elderly people in retirement communities.
