| As one of the important stone producing areas in the country,Hezhou City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,has abundant stone resources.The waste(stone)soil produced by the mining and processing of stone reaches 500,000 tons every year,and most of these waste materials are cutting and polishing veneer panels.Solid waste generated when rock.Because these solid wastes contain more resin cementing materials,their chemical properties are stable,and the processing costs are relatively high,most of these wastes are left in the wild,causing serious pollution to local water and soil resources.In response to this problem,the Hezhou Municipal Government combined with my country’s“carbon neutral”strategy and proposed a local development strategy of“mining-natural stone-heavy calcium powder-ecological rock-coating,plastic-reuse of waste pulp and residue”.How to develop Utilizing these waste materials is an urgent problem to be solved at present.Cement fiber pressure board is a new type of wallboard material made of cement as the cementing material,mineral admixture and modified fiber as the reinforcing material,and processed by various processes.Because of its high strength and good weather resistance,it has the advantages of high strength and good weather resistance.It is one of the most widely used wallboard materials.In recent years,with the advancement of my country’s environmental protection policies,the output of cement and natural quartz sand has been declining year by year,and their prices have also been rising.The use of stone waste to partially replace cement and quartz sand to prepare fiber cement board has extremely high economic benefits.In this paper,the local waste granite powder and marble waste powder in Hezhou City are used as the research objects,and the application research of waste stone powder in cement fiber pressure board is carried out.The main conclusions obtained in this paper are as follows.1.Under the premise of meeting certain performance requirements,a selection model with the goal of minimizing the production cost of fiber cement board per square meter is established,and the optimal selection method of orthogonal experiments is used to obtain the minimum cost mix ratio of each raw material.The Optimal mix ratio is,mc:mq:mfa:mgwp:mmwp:mwpf=1:0.923:1:0.577:0.577:0.012,and those that do not contain granite waste powder and marble waste powder Compared with ordinary fiber cement board,the production cost per square meter is reduced by 5.4%.2.The optimal mix ratio of the engineering comprehensive performance of each raw material obtained by the uniform test design method is,mc:mq:mfa:mgwp:mmwp:mwpf=1:0.917:1.250:0.625:0.417:0.013;The optimal mix ratio of flexural strength and impact strength is,mc:mq:mfa:mgwp:mmwp:mwpf=1:1:0.867:0.333:0.333:0.003.3.By using the stepwise regression analysis method,the prediction model of the influence of various raw materials on the engineering performance of the cement fiber pressure board is obtained,and the influence law of the mixing amount of granite waste powder. |
