At present,the development of urbanization is getting faster and faster,and the utilization rate of resources is also showing a low level.The most special feature is that the building resources are continuously decreasing.Therefore,the development of green building materials has become the top priority of the current research profession.This article is to study the crushing and grinding of waste bricks into powder,and apply the method of "double mixing and double generation" to the molding board bonding mortar to obtain a green bonding mortar to promote the recycling of building resources.Through the compressive strength test of the waste bricks and the related physical performance test of the waste bricks ground into powder,it is found that the bricks used are low in strength,and the waste brick powder obtained after the treatment is porous structure with high water absorption rate and utilization.In the "double-doped and double-generation",the particle size of<0.6mm is used to replace part of the cement and the particle size of 0.6mm to 2.36mm is used to replace part of the sand and stone.The experiment selected L16(45)orthogonal test.Firstly,the three benchmark mix ratios of lime sand ratio,suitable cement grade and defoamer content were determined through experiments,and the five factors and four levels of orthogonal tests were determined.The level of brick powder replacing cement is 5%,10%,15%,20%;factor B The level of brick powder replacing sand and gravel is 5%,10%,15%,20%;factor C level of redispersible emulsion powder 0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%;the level of factor D hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ether is 1.5%,2.0%,2.5%,3.0%;the level of factor E polypropylene fiber is determined to be 0.1%,0.3%,0.5%,0.8%.Then according to the requirements of bonding mortar performance in "Molding Polystyrene Board Exterior Wall External Thermal Insulation System Materials" GB/T 266900-2013,the dry apparent density,cubic compressive strength,flexural strength,bond strength,Freeze-thaw shrinkage strength and impact resistance were taken as the main performance indicators of the test,and orthogonal test results were obtained from the test.Then,using the method of range analysis to analyze the results of orthogonal experiments,the best mix ratio of each factor under each index and the primary-secondary relationship were obtained,and the best combination of the seven indexes was obtained as A2B3C3D3E3,A1B1C1D4E1,A2B1C1D2E1,A1B1C1D4E1,A1B1C4D4E4,A3B3C4D3E3?A2B1C4D4E1;then analyze the comprehensive performance of the seven groups of optimal mixture ratios,and obtain a group of optimal mixture ratios,that is,brick powder instead of cement.The content of sand and gravel is 5%,the latex powder can be dispersed 1.5%,hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether 3.0%,and polypropylene fiber 0.5%.The bonding mortar prepared by the optimal mixing ratio has a compact structure,and all properties can meet the specifications.The compressive strength is 11.1%higher than that of the common bonding mortar.In addition,the adhesive mortar of the waste brick powder molding board not only adheres to the concept of environmental protection,but also actively responds to the concept of sustainable development implemented in China's 13th Five-Year Plan.At the end of this project,the adhesive mortar of the waste brick powder molding board was analyzed from the perspective of economic and environmental protection and application prospects.It was concluded that the scheme of replacing the cementitious material in the adhesive mortar with the waste brick powder is feasible,and it is a kind of Viable energy-saving materials have broad application prospects.
