| Rural electricians,a group that plays an important role in the work of “agriculture,rural areas,and rural residents”,the construction of the socialist modernization new countryside,poverty alleviation,and today’s rural revitalization,have never been absent on the historical stage,and have always moved forward with a heavy burden on the road of development.Due to historical reasons,rural electricians at all levels of power supply companies under State Grid have a special employment relationship with State Grid: they do not have the identity within the system,but fulfill their responsibilities and obligations within the system.Therefore,managing rural electricians of power supply companies to ensure health,order,harmony and stability of the team,in a sense,it is one of the reliable guarantees for the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Therefore,study on job satisfaction of rural electricians of power supply companies and strategy upgrading is significance of attraction,maintenance and encouragement for rural electricians of power supply companies.After reviewing literature relevant to the research on Chinese and foreign job satisfaction,the research direction of job satisfaction in this article is established from intrinsic job satisfaction and extrinsic job satisfaction,and this paper takes Y power supply company as the case object.After preliminary interviews and other qualitative analysis,the quantitative research on the job satisfaction of rural electricians in Y power supply company was carried out using questionnaire surveys,and questionnaires were issued to the company’s 222 rural electricians.The research results were discussed using quantitative analysis and statistical methods.The difference of job satisfaction in demographic variables and the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction factors on the overall evaluation of job satisfaction.Through the study,it is found that rural electricians of Y power supply company has some weaknesses in work itself,prospects and material returns of job satisfaction,and job satisfaction also differs among different types of groups.Subsequently,targeted solutions and improvement strategies were proposed,that is,the implementation of the “grab-to-order” work model,the expansion of multiple income-generating channels,the implementation of rural electrician career management and innovate the leadership improvement path of rural electrician superiors.Based on the intrinsic job satisfaction and extrinsic job satisfaction,this article puts forward a clear idea of improving job satisfaction.In the implementation of the national strategy of promoting rural revitalization by the State Grid,it broadens the thinking for the improvement of the human resource management level of rural electricians of Y power supply company and its brother units,and has certain reference and reference value. |
