A Study On The Satisfaction Of Villagers In New Rural Communities In The Plain Area Of Shandong Province

The new rural community is different from the traditional rural community and the urban community.It is between the traditional rural community and the modern urban community.It is a community with a relatively complete community organization and community service,which is combined by several adjacent administrative villages to realize the rural population concentration and large-scale residence.As an important part of the new urbanization system and Rural Revitalization Strategy,the new rural community has effectively promoted the development of urban-rural integration,changed the loose layout structure of the original villages,and improved the living environment of farmers.However,in the process of community construction and operation,there are inevitable problems.Only by finding and solving the problems can we promote the healthy and sustainable development of new rural communities.This study finds the problems in the construction and operation of the new rural community from the perspective of villagers,establishes a satisfaction evaluation system based on the use of the facilities in the new community,and reflects the needs of villagers from bottom to top according to the satisfaction evaluation results,so that the government can make timely adjustments in the future policies,fully reflects the farmers as the core,so as to promote the rural development Based on the basic guiding ideology of taking the interests of farmers as the starting point and taking the regional development as the goal,the new rural community with complete facilities and advanced management will be built with rich regional,local and cultural characteristics.The author selects Dezhou and Liaocheng in Shandong plain area as the selection sites of the case communities,selects the representative Lianghe community,Huazhong community,guchengyuan community and wangzifu community as the research objects,and selects huawang community and Chendian community from the five alternative communities in Liaocheng City,with a total of six case communities These six communities cover the aggregation type of small towns,multi village merger type,village enterprise co construction type and other new rural community types,which are typical and representative.First,through field research,observation records and resident interviews,we can roughly understand the common problems existing in the new rural communities.Then,through in-depth satisfaction questionnaire analysis,we can understand the satisfaction tendency of different communities in different evaluation indicators and the real demands of villagers.Based on the perspective of villagers,referring to the evaluation methods and indicators in related fields,this thesis uses exploratory factor analysis and spss19.0 statistical analysis software to build a new rural community satisfaction evaluation system,focusing on the four dimensions of physical space,society,economy and environment,which is subdivided into 34 evaluation elements and indicators,and uses AHP to determine the weight of each dimension According to the actual situation of new rural communities in Shandong Province,the grade standard of evaluation is formulated.Through the satisfaction evaluation,the satisfaction of the new rural communities in the plain area of Shandong Province is the highest in terms of physical space,followed by social effects,and the satisfaction is poor in terms of economic and environmental effects.The satisfaction of the physical space is in terms of internal and external transportation,travel mode,medical treatment,school,social security,villagers' employment,and the satisfaction of the economic level is poor The results show that the scores of the indexes of land occupation,compensation for villagers' demolition,storage of agricultural machinery and drying ground are low,and there are many problems reflected.Based on the above research,combined with the specific situation of the new rural communities in the plain area of Shandong Province,this thesis puts forward the optimization strategy based on the perspective of villagers and the development suggestions in the government,social capital and other aspects.First of all,we should establish a scientific and diversified compensation mechanism for land expropriation to ensure the interests of the villagers;we should constantly optimize the material space of the new rural community,inherit and develop the regional culture of the original village,so that the villagers have a sense of belonging;in addition,we should rely on the new rural community to develop industries suitable for their own development,and improve the income of the village collective and villagers;finally,we should pay more attention to the government and social capital With the participation of the party,we should constantly improve the construction of new rural communities,so that each new rural community can find its own development direction.
