Research On The Evolution Of Industrial Land Layout And Planning Strategies

Xi’an High-tech Industrial Development Zone is one of the first batch of national high-tech zones approved by my country.It is a national-level development zone whose main goal is to develop high-tech industries.At present,Xi’an High-tech Zone has become the largest and highest-level high-tech industrial development zone in the central and western regions.It is also an important area that drives,supports,and radiates the economic and social development of Xi’an.However,with the continuous economic and social development and the massive expansion of urban land use,a series of urban problems such as urban sprawl and traffic congestion have gradually appeared in the high-tech zone.In order to improve a series of problems caused by urban development and the evolution of industrial land,it is necessary to sort out the evolution of industrial land layout in the high-tech zone from a planning perspective,analyze its characteristics,reasons and influencing factors,in order to point out the optimization of the urban industrial land layout Planning methods and measures for evolving issues.On the basis of combing relevant literature and data analysis,the article discusses the status of the high-tech zone in Xi’an in detail,using satellite imagery,data analysis,key interviews and other methods,qualitatively and quantitatively in terms of time,space,and quantity.Analyzed the current characteristics of the evolution of industrial land layout in the high-tech zone,prominent problems and the impact on urban production and life caused by the change in land layout.Secondly,the article demonstrates the main factors affecting the evolution of industrial land,including important factors such as urban planning concepts,policy systems,industrial rules,and park construction.Finally,the article puts forward measures and suggestions on urban planning concepts,economic and industrial development plans,policies and systems.
