| Lifting machinery as a kind of large tonnage transport equipment,can replace manual and manual difficult to complete the operation.In order to ensure the efficient construction of modernization and the safety of citizens’ lives and property,it is necessary for designers to study and analyze the safety performance of hoisting machinery and find ways to optimize it.Firstly,in the casting crane,a theoretical comparison is made on the inferior working condition of single working mode braking,compared with combined braking and compound braking.Secondly,considering that the wind disaster of the quay crane is one of the main reasons for the accident,this paper makes a multi-field joint analysis of the brake disc under different working conditions and mechanisms according to the advantages of fluid heat dissipation of the disc brake.Firstly,the heating of the safety brake of the hoisting mechanism is simulated in ANSYS,and the temperature field,stress field and temperature rise curve of the emergency braking of the brake disc are simulated under different safety braking coefficients and combined braking.Then through the coupling simulation of the brake disc and the friction disc under different working conditions,according to the temperature field results,the change of the temperature field is analyzed to explore the indirect impact of temperature on the braking performance.Secondly,the fluid heat dissipation boundary condition was calculated to establish the thermodynamic coupling field of the circulating brake.Considering the electrical braking participation under this tonnage,the cumulative temperature rise of the working brake disc was calculated by simulation and the composite braking results were analyzed.According to the cumulative saturated temperature rise of the brake disc and the brake liner,the influence of braking conditions on the temperature rise and thermal decline of the friction pair was investigated.Check the material data of dynamic friction system,and guide the actual material selection.The dangerous nodes are selected and the fatigue failure and life analysis of the disk are done by using Manson-Coffin.Finally,the large quayside container crane operation mechanism of wind braking temperature field analysis,through the analysis of the cyclone braking mode,for the work of wind struck brake simulation,simulation of the braking condition of brake temperature field,according to the simulation result shows the corresponding improvement scheme,to improve the face of natural disasters,Safeguarding the safety of person and property provides a certain theoretical basis. |
