| With the rapid development of society,the growing prosperity of the country,the domestic high-rise residential area is increasing,the water pressure of municipal pipe network can not meet the water supply demand of high-rise residents,as a guarantee of high-rise residential area water supply pressure demand of secondary water supply equipment is essential.And some old residential secondary water supply equipment with the erosion of time and the needs of users,also in the need to replace the state of equipment.Therefore,a competitive secondary water supply equipment that meets the requirements of users has a broad market in China.Research and design a new servo direct drive secondary water supply equipment control system,through the lower data acquisition,real-time monitoring of turbidity,residual chlorine,PH value in the water supply network,and real-time feedback of water quality on the man-machine interface,in case of abnormal data,emergency stop water supply and alarm,waiting for technical personnel to deal with,to ensure the safety and health of water quality for residents.Through human-machine interface configuration screen design and programming,servo motor timing switching function,voice recognition control function,mobile phone app remote monitoring function are realized.Because the servo motor has better load capacity and faster response speed,the operation principle of the pump is studied.The centrifugal pump is simulated by fluent simulation software.According to the simulation results and the rated parameters of the servo motor,the appropriate type of servo motor is selected as the prime mover of the centrifugal pump to complete the power matching of the new servo direct drive secondary water supply equipment.The fuzzy control method is used to judge the number of water users and the height of water floor according to the difference of flow and flow change rate under different working conditions,so as to control the speed of centrifugal pump,change the water pressure at the outlet of the new servo direct drive secondary water supply equipment,and realize the pressure regulating water supply mode.A new type of servo direct drive secondary water supply equipment is used to replace the frequency control constant pressure water supply equipment.The experimental operation in the residential area is two months.Compared with the frequency control constant pressure water supply equipment,the energy saving of the equipment is about 27% during the experimental operation.At the same time,there is no insufficient high-rise water pressure during the experimental operation,which proves the feasibility of the pressure control water supply mode. |
