Shougang Jingtang United iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.3H refrigeration station as a part of the whole production system,be responsible for relevant production and living facilities construction and management of refrigeration required 7/12 DEG C for water supply.How to make the refrigeration control system in variable load,variable working condition,still keep good control performance,related to the stability,the refrigeration system operation safety and energy efficiency.Therefore,it has practical significance to research this topic.First of all,the composition,the refrigeration system working principle and working process are analyzed,and lay the foundation for the design of the control system and control of the main parameters of the refrigeration.According to the analysis of the refrigeration station,including the refrigeration unit,cooling the water supply system,cooling water system,the replenishing water system and fan coil system,the cooling quality it is closely related to the water supply pressure and the replenishing water pressure,reasonable control pressure,not only to ensure the safe and stable operation of the refrigeration unit,but also makes the refrigeration system can make the most of effect of.Secondly,the design of the control system of a refrigeration station,including the design of hardware and software.The hardware design mainly includes the selection of PLC,the hardware configuration,network configuration and anti disturbance;software design including the selection of PLC programming,PLC programming software configuration and the selection of PLC software.Finally,according to the specific characteristics of the refrigeration system,the water supply pressure and the replenishing water pressure are studied.The water supply system pipe length,pipe stamping slower,with a lag,nonlinear,variation parameter and time-varying characteristics,the traditional PID control to control the water supply pressure dynamic performance is poor,the adjusting time is long,the parameter adaptive fuzzy PID control method is studied.The replenishing water pressure control in addition to the water supply pressure control have similar characteristics,the main factors of the water pressure can not return interference is fast and stable,so using feed forward cascade control scheme of the replenishing water pressure control study.Through the simulation analysis,the two kinds of control algorithm has better adaptability and stronger anti-interference ability.
