In recent years,more and more investors pay attention to the financial performance evaluation of enterprises;Business managers reflect the operating results of the previous stage through the level of financial performance,and provide risk points for the current stage and the next stage of business management to reduce business risks.This thesis selects an LD company that specializes in the development and production of metal recycling machinery and other environmental protection equipment as the main research object.Through summarizing and analyzing the characteristics of the current financial industry performance evaluation system of LD company,it finds out its methods and indicators in the financial industry performance evaluation.As well as the problems in the evaluation results and other aspects,the causes of the above problems are analyzed.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis conducts financial performance evaluation research based on the data envelopment analysis method(hereinafter referred to as the DEA method)on the basis of the current financial performance evaluation of LD company,so as to help the managers of LD company better grasp the development situation of the enterprise.purpose.In the process of evaluating the financial performance of LD companies based on the DEA method,this article first classifies the financial indicators into several common factors according to the linear relationship and calculates the common factor score;secondly,they are substituted into DEAP2.1 as input and output indicators.Calculate;then analyze the efficiency value,projection value and sensitivity of each financial index based on the calculation result;finally,put forward safeguard measures to improve the performance of LD company.
