The construction and development of hydropower projects occupies an important position in many five-year plans in our country,and it has become the backbone of improving residents’ living standards and promoting sustainable social development.With the rapid development of construction in the industry,underground caverns have become the important buildings for large-scale hydropower projects.Besides the gradually increasing in layout,length and depth,the expanding in scale,the caverns construction is faced to use many kind of resources to solve the problems of excavation stratification,surrounding rock deformation,the various complicated procedures,and adapt to various harsh geological environments to complete the construction.If there are serious quality problems due to construction,it is impossible to estimate the loss to the project,the enterprise and the society.Based on this,this paper takes the construction unit as the research perspective,explores the synergy of the construction quality management system,and applies the synergy theory and entropy theory to construct a reasonable and effective collaborative entropy model for the construction quality management of underground caverns.The main research is as follows:First of all,the research status of underground cavern construction in hydropower engineering,quality management and collaborative management are summarized.On the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the construction process and construction quality management content of underground caverns,and the important construction procedures,important construction procedures in the construction of underground caverns of hydropower projects are being familiar.The key content of construction quality management,and then based on the main factors that affect the collaborative management of construction quality,the construction quality collaborative management system is finally divided into the organization assurance system,the technical assurance system,and the implementation through the use of document retrieval,actual project case collation and expert interviews,etc.Six systems of assurance system,supervision assurance system,economic assurance system and ideological assurance system are used to establish their collaborative management structure and determine the 43 elements of system collaborative management.Secondly,the synergy theory and entropy theory are be used to explain the synergy effect of the underground cavern construction quality management system underground cavern construction in hydropower engineering,and make relevant explanations and explanations of the synergy relationship between the systems and system elements,and establish the synergy entropy of the elements according to the synergy entropy,synergy matrix and synergy degree.,System synergy entropy and synergy degree,and construct a synergy entropy model for collaborative management of underground cavern construction quality.Finally,combined with the Q pumped storage power station project case,after case summary analysis and expert interviews,a collaborative matrix including six systems of organization assurance system,technical assurance system,implementation assurance system,supervision assurance system,economic assurance system and ideological assurance system are established.According to the collaborative entropy model of collaborative management of construction quality of underground caverns,the collaborative entropy and degree of collaboration of various elements of the system are calculated.And then through the analysis of the calculation results,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the collaborative management of the construction quality of hydropower projects are given.
