The complexity and comprehensiveness of modern engineering construction and interational competiton pressures have put forward higher requirements for project management.The traditional management models and methods have been unable to meet the needs of development.To achieve collaborative management of construction projects is the development trend and inevitable choice of construction project management.The rapid development of BIM technology and its application in the construction industry provide technical support for achieving efficient and high-quality collaborative management of construction projects.BIM technology has been widely and deeply applied in the domestic engineering field,presenting a development trend from technology application to integrated application with project management,from stand-alone application to network-based multi-party collaborative application,that is,the development trend of collaborative management of construction project based on BIM technology.The application effect of BIM technology in the collaborative management of construction projects is not obvious,and there are many factors influencing its application.Therefore,to promote the application of BIM technology,it is necessary to conduct targeted research on the factors that affect its application,and to clarify the relationship and logical level between the factors,and find out the deep-seated reasons for targeting reform.Based on the application of ProjectWise and P6 in the design and construction phases,this study comparatively analyzes the key auxiliary role played by BIM technology in the collaborative management of construction projects,and summarizes the factors that affect the application effect of BIM technology.On this basis,other influencing factors are extracted and sorted out through literature study and expert consultation,a questionnaire is made for investigation,and data is collected for analysis.After analyzing the reliability and validity of the sample data,we extract 8 main factors affect the application of BIM technology in the collaborative management of construction projects,which include technical factors,economic factors,industry mechanism factors and so on,using the factor analysis method and SPSS24.0 software.According to the expert's judgment on the logical relationship of these eight main influencing factors,we use the Interpretive Structure Modeling Method to construct the correlation matrix,then calculate the reachable matrix through Matlab software.The eight main influencing factors are divided into three levels through level division,and the deep-seated factors affecting the application of BIM technology in collaborative management of construction projects-industry mechanism factors.Finally,we provides reference suggestions on how to promote the application of BIM technology in collaborative management of construction projects.
