Research On Collaborative Work Mechanism Of Quality Chain Management Of EPC Project

The implementation process of EPC project quality needs high collaboration, close cooperation and complementary advantages among the multiple organizations. Quality chain management theory, adapted to the environment of economic globalization, is a quality management theory modern production business model. It contains quite a lot of organizations and factors worked together. Introducing the ideas of quality chain into EPC project quality management, will help raise the level of quality management of EPC project.Based on quality chain theory and characteristic of EPC project quality, the paper has defined EPC project quality chain, and explained the connotation of EPC project quality chain. Through an analysis of the relationship between cooperative enterprises, it defines the EPC project quality chain cooperation relationship and establishes the process for selecting cooperative enterprises.The key factor of EPC project quality chain success lies in the coupling effect analysis of quality chain node.This paper induces the concept of quality chain coupling and elaborates its synergetic foundation,which pave a way for following quality chain collaboration mechanism.Last, Coupling effect on the quality chain is classified and analyzed.Quality chain management is good or not depends largely on the work efficiency of each node in the chain enterprises. This paper discourses the collaborative work mechanism from the synergetics theory,according to the difference of the EPC project quality chain enterprises in the culture, quality objectives and profit distribution. In addtion, the model entropy theory is established to evaluation collaborative degree among quality chain node enterprises. Finally, give some improvement measures based on the running effect on the quality of the chain.Paper introduces the idea of quality chain to the quality management of EPC project, evaluates the synergy degree of node enterprises in the chain using the entropy theory and carries on an empirical research.
