| With the accelerated development of society and the continuous growth of the hoisting industry,higher requirements have been placed on the operating height and lifting capacity of the crane,At the same time,the crane must ensure sufficient stability.It makes the telescopic boom of the crane longer and longer,so engineers invent a super-lifting device,which is installed on the telescopic main boom of the crane,which greatly improves the force state of the telescopic boom and can effectively increase the lifting capacity.However,it becomes very difficult to analyze the force of the telescopic boom.At present,there are few related theoretical studies at home and abroad that consider the influence of the super-lifting device and the hoisting wire rope on the stability of the boom structure at the same time.This paper simplifies the model of the crane telescopic boom system,and studies the structural stability of the crane boom outside the luffing plane with the installation of single pull-rope and hoisting wire rope,and the installation of super-lifting double pull-rope and hoisting wire rope.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Take the 500 T all-terrain crane produced by a company as a reference,and the finite element telescopic boom system model was established with ANSYS 17.0.(2)The all-terrain crane boom will be simplified,and the super-lifting device will be simplified into a super-lifting double pull-rope.Completed the analysis of the stability of the all-terrain crane boom structure by installing a single pull-rope and hoisting wire rope,and the stability analysis of the all-terrain crane boom structure by installing a super-lifting double pull-rope and hoisting wire rope.According to the knowledge of mechanics,the characteristic instability equation is listed,and the calculation formula of the instability critical load is derived.(3)Using MATLAB to solve the theoretical value of the deduced instability critical load formula,and comparing with the simulation results of ANSYS 17.0,to verify the correctness of the calculation expression for the instability critical load.It is proved that the installation of single pull-rope,super-lifting double pull-rope and hoisting wire rope can effectively improve the structural stability of the crane boom.(4)The influence of single pull-rope and hoisting wire rope,super-lifting double pull-rope and hoisting wire rope on the stability of crane boom structure is studied through the solution of theoretical values,and the influence law of related parameters on stability is obtained. |
