| Since the reform and opening up,the rapid infrastructure development and energy construction in China,brings an exceptional need of domestic industrial crane.With the requirements of construction increasing,all superior maneuver terrain crane gradually develops into large tonnage to meet higher hoisting needs.As the arm structure weight of all terrain crane is getting bigger than ever due to the increasing design tonnage,accidents probability is getting higher.Rollover,broken rope,arm fracture,safety protection device failure for instance.Lifting process is the prerequisite for all subsequent normal operation,therefore calculating arm condition research to reduce accidents and casualties is significant.This paper first briefs the main structure of large tonnage all terrain crane,describes the unique tower jib structure during the lifting process,and introduces the forms and the differences between two tower jib arms.Then analyzes action theory and process characteristics of various arm structure,establishes lifting mathematical model.Moreover,by programming finite element program,the whole process of lifting series calculation is achieved.To verify whether the crane could work under different lifting range,the evaluation index of stability of luffing cylinder load,leg force,telescopic cylinder force,rotary support force and the main arm and arm moment stability coefficient are used.Finally,the feasibility of finite element analysis is verified by using finite element analysis and measured data.The two kinds of arm forms are designed to meet the design requirements in the oil cylinder,the oil cylinder,the oil cylinder and the tilting rod.The rotary support,the tilde coefficient and the backforce of the legs are also met by the new balance sheet.In the case of structural strength,the form of the main arm and the tower arm is superior to the form two,which is better than the form one in the case of the superstructure.In the case of the retractable oil cylinder,the minimum balance of the forward tilting is better than the arm form.The form of the maximum balance should be better than the form two;However,the difference between the two forms,including the oil cylinder force,the oil cylinder and the anti-tipping rod,and the turning support,is not very different. |
