Design And Implementation Of Numerical Control Workshop Quality Management System

In order to meet the requirements of high quality of aviation numerical control products,foreign giants such as Loma,Boeing and Airbus have developed integrated quality management systems and put them into field use.These industry giants have carried out comprehensive quality information management with the help of design system,manufacturing resource system and financial system.At present,as an important part of quality control in the company,quality data statistics and reporting still rely on the form of traditional single excel.The inspection data are scattered in all aspects of the manufacturing process.Some records are still based on paper carriers,and the final statistical results are stored in the local machine of the statisticians,It can not be integrated with the company’s digital enterprise resource system,so the construction of quality management information system is imminent.In this thesis,based on the research and development of quality management system of NC workshop,the secondary development design is carried out through QQ-platform system.Through the construction of subnet environment,a reasonable information data integration platform is established to generate the quality data in the manufacturing process.This system takes the quality management in the process of product realization as the main line,carries out detailed investigation and analysis,builds the system platform,analyzes the functions of seven main modules,and designs the system from three aspects of architecture,function module and database design,so as to realize the product quality data collection,statistics,analysis,measuring instruments,quality improvement,quality rewards and punishments,quality management and so on The management and analysis of quality cost provide decision-making data support for managers and the next improvement.Finally,the paper shows the system implementation process,designs the test link,and tests the key functions.At present,the integrated quality management system has been put into use in the numerical control workshop.By calling the company’s MES and CAPP basic data,combined with the application of digital detection equipment,the system collects the measured data of products,which provides an early warning function for the quality control of numerical control parts.At the same time,it effectively solves the problems of discrete,non-standard and difficult to trace the quality data,It has very good practical significance.
