With the continuous progress of science and technology and the continuous improvement of national living and production levels,the requirement of power supply reliability is becoming stricter.Under the whole society has entered the information age at present,intelligent substation technology based on IEC61850 has also made rapid development and progress.In order to further improve the development of intelligent substations,the debugging analysis and test system of intelligent substations should be designed to provide necessary technical support for the system integration of intelligent substations.In this thesis,the system characteristics of intelligent substations are studied and designed.The main research contents are as follows.(1)The function of the intelligent substation debugging analysis and test system is designed.Firstly,the hierarchical structure of intelligent substations is analyzed,and its advantages are compared with the traditional substations.According to the hierarchical structure of an intelligent substation,a system with different functional requirements is designed.It analyzes the business use cases of intelligent station tests for three types of users: debugging personnel,operation personnel and monitoring personnel,and finally forms a multi-functional and efficient test system.(2)The software module of intelligent substation debugging analysis and test system is designed.According to the communication requirements of intelligent substation test software,the overall framework of the test system is designed.Based on MMS communication,goose communication and SV communication system,the communication part of the test system is studied.This thesis analyzes the SCL application of the test software from the description of the basic structure of SCL,the import and configuration of SCL files,and the syntax elements of SCL,and designs the sub-module functions of the test software.(3)This thesis studies the software configuration and implementation of intelligent substation debugging analysis and test system.From the user-friendly point of view,the intelligent substation test software system interface is optimized,including message monitoring and configuration,SCL file comparison and MMS client configuration.(4)Aiming at the test and implementation of intelligent substation debugging analysis and test system.Before testing the software,we need to configure the switch,which is divided into two different areas.Through the test of system analog quantity,the abnormal situation such as frame loss is judged in the process of data information transmission.Through the test of system switch communication,the different indicators of message information are obtained and counted,so as to determine whether the abnormal data communication occurs.
