The normal and stable operation of substation secondary equipment plays a vital role in the operation of the entire smart substation.It is not only closely related to the safe and stable operation of the substation,but also affects the operation safety of the power system.In the development process of intelligent substation in our country,the development of primary equipment is generally ahead of the research and development of secondary equipment,and the development progress is faster.Because of the change of secondary system structure and communication mode in smart substation,the traditional test method for secondary system in substation can not meet the current test demand of substation.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the test method and support technology for the secondary system of intelligent substation.In order to accomplish the technical support of the test method for the secondary system of intelligent substation,the communication protocols of the secondary system of intelligent substation are analyzed in detail,including MMS(Manufacturing Message Specification),GOOSE(Common Object Oriented Substation Event),SV(Sampling Value)protocol format and protocol sending mechanism,etc.According to IEC 61850 regulation.Based on the description of three protocols and the structure of "three layers and two networks" in smart substation,a station control layer simulator,a spacer layer simulator and a process layer simulator are designed to simulate the network behavior of the secondary system in smart substation.By analyzing SCD files to obtain the information model of intelligent substation,the functions of parsing and simulating the three protocols are realized,which lays a foundation for the test of secondary system of intelligent substation.In the receiving module of the simulator,a graphical module based on functional association is designed to graphically display and evaluate the test results.The test results show that the system supports the tester to set the content of sending data manually,and can simulate and analyze the protocol of intelligent substation correctly.
