| Pneumatic angle seat valve,as a kind of stop valve,is widely used in automatic control systems.It is a small industrial control valve with the characteristics of sensitive action and rapid response.After consulting the relevant literature,it is found that there are few studies on pneumatic angle seat valves at home and abroad,especially the research on the dynamic opening and closing characteristics of pneumatic angle seat valves is still blank.For this reason,this article uses numerical simulation technology to study the steady-state and dynamic characteristics of the valve,and analyzes the influence of different working conditions and conditions on the valve performance.The main contents are as follows:1.Has Investigated the relevant domestic and foreign documents,got an overall understanding of the classification,function,and characteristics of the valve,learned the common methods of studying the valve,analyzed the working principle of the pneumatic angle seat valve,determined the numerical simulation technology and the experimental test phase Combined research program.2.The overall structure design of the pneumatic angle seat valve was modeled in2 D and 3D,and the fluid calculation domain of the valve was modeled geometrically and meshed,and the network was analyzed by a combination of experimental testing and numerical simulation.The lattice irrelevance was verified.Based on the knowledge of basic principles of computational fluid dynamics,Fluent software is used to select a suitable numerical simulation program;on the basis of the valve fluid calculation domain model,the pneumatic component model and the valve stem movement part are added,and the dynamic grid technology and the UDF definition macro function are used to realize the pneumatic Dynamic opening and closing process simulation of angle seat valve.3.The steady-state flow field characteristics and flow characteristics of the angle seat valve are compared and analyzed by numerical simulations by constructing multiple geometric models of the angle seat structure.The effects of different boundary conditions,different valve openings,different valve stem inclination angles and different valve installation directions on the steady-state characteristics of angle seat valves are studied respectively.The results show that the boundary conditions have little effect on the steady-state characteristics.As the valve opening increases,the flow performance increases,but to a certain extent,the improvement is limited.The steadystate characteristics are the best when the valve stem inclination angle is about 50°,and the valve is positively connected.Its flow field characteristics are better than reverse connection.4.The dynamic opening and closing characteristics of the pneumatic angle seat valve are studied.Through the flow field distribution,valve stem displacement,valve inlet and outlet flow rate and the force change of the valve core during the valve opening and closing process,the opening and closing process of the pneumatic angle seat valve is compared.Clear and comprehensive understanding.5.The influence of different intake pressure and spring stiffness on the valve opening and closing process is analyzed.The influence of intake pressure on the flow field characteristics and valve stem movement law of the valve opening process are summarized respectively;the influence of different spring stiffnesses on the flow field characteristics and valve stem movement law of the valve closing process and the water hammer effect.The research results in this paper provide a basis for the structural design and optimization of pneumatic angle seat valves and subsequent dynamic simulation work,and have academic research significance and engineering application value. |
