High pressure homogenizer is a kind of the core equipment for cell disruption,fiber refining and emulsion dispersion,like in dairy,beverage,food,pharmaceutical and chemical industry.The droplet size and dispersion state before and after homogenization are important standards to judge the processing efficiency and homogenization effect.Among the many factors that affect the homogenization effect(homogenization pressure,inlet temperature,homogenization times,product viscosity,premixing process,geometric structure of homogenization valve,etc.),the geometric structure of homogenization valve is often related to the design factors of the equipment itself,and the rest are almost related to the process parameters of the product.The corresponding improvement can be achieved by changing the formula and processing technology.Based on this,the innovative design of homogenization valve is often the embodiment of the core competitiveness of equipment manufacturers.With the application of computational fluid dynamics(CFD)technology,through mathematical modeling,with the support of corresponding fluid mechanics theory and numerical simulation model,using professional fluid software(ANSYS Fluent),on the basis of scientific modeling,through simulation analysis and design of homogenization valve flow mechanical characteristics,so as to accelerate the development,test and market launch of new homogenization valve.In the industrial application,the homogenization valve with radial dispersion structure that is the most widely used type.This time,with mathematical modeling analysis to two kinds of radial dispersion structure homogenization valves produced by GEA Niro Soavi,so as to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two kind of homogenization valves.The research results can give the details of velocity and pressure changes in the flow field of the homogenization valve internal housing,and show the flow phenomenon that can not be observed by experimental means,and verify it by designed experiment and data analysis.It has a certain guiding role in the design of homogenization valve structure and in-depth analysis of the flow field.
