At present,with the rapid development of domestic economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the demand for electric power of enterprises and residents is increasing.With the rapid development of new energy vehicles,more and more new energy vehicles will gradually replace the existing fuel vehicles.This will greatly increase the people’s demand for electricity,which will bring new challenges to the customer relationship management of power enterprises.The application of Internet technology to the customer relationship management of power companies has become an important method to solve the new problems of customer relationship management of power enterprises.At the same time,it is also an important trend of the development of most enterprises.As an important part of the daily management of electric power enterprises,the quality of customer relationship management directly determines the economic benefits of enterprises.Through the customer relationship management of enterprises,it can help enterprises to carry out customer management centering on customers.Better customer relationship management can greatly improve the image of enterprises in the eyes of customers,and even determine the development direction and survival mode of enterprises.However,most enterprises are not well managed in the face of various needs of customers,so customer complaints often occur.The enterprise’s customer relationship is only recorded through simple wechat,address book and other channels,and there is no management at all.In this paper,customer relationship management is mainly used in the design of power company ASP.NET Software development technology,background database server using SQL database.The functional modules of the system include customer credit management,customer risk management,customer value management and customer service management.The system can effectively manage the customer relationship of power companies,including risk assessment,value management,credit management,etc.,which improves the efficiency of customer relationship management and improves the customer relationship.At the same time,the risk of customers is evaluated and managed.Customers are divided into VIP customers,ordinary customers,risk customers,etc.In this paper,the power company customer relationship management business and computer information technology,design and development based on ASP.NET Customer relationship management system of electric power company.Through the implementation and actual deployment of the system,the concept of customer management of power company managers has been gradually changed,the distance between the company and customers has been shortened,and the company’s image has been improved.The implementation of the system provides a variety of data support for the power company’s customer management,which is convenient for the company to establish a new management model and provide targeted services to customers.At the same time,the customer risk management function module of the system can control customer risk reasonably and efficiently,and provide good service,which greatly improves the competitiveness and information level of power companies.
