| At the beginning of the establishment of the planned economic system,China’s electric power enterprises did not have scientific evaluation methods in engineering cost control,and it is difficult to stand firm and develop steadily in the fierce market competition.At present,our national power projects have entered a new historical stage in terms of project management.Electricity is vital in the national economy,with huge investments,diverse equipment and high technicality,and is an important factor in promoting rapid and healthy economic development.In 2019,State Grid Corporation Limited will invest 485.6 billion yuan in grid infrastructure,489.6 billion yuan in 2020 and 402.48 billion yuan in 2021.During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,the State Grid Corporation is expected to invest RMB 2.23 trillion in power grid construction.As the main body of management for power construction projects,power construction units should focus on the long term,seriously explore the trends of project management in the new development stage,and study countermeasures in the new situation.This thesis analyses the cost management control process of Q Power Supply Company during the implementation of engineering construction projects and conducts cost performance evaluation at each stage of construction,aiming to improve the management control level of costs,enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise and promote faster and better development of the enterprise.This thesis takes the 35kV project of Q Power Supply Company as the research object,and analyses the cost management of domestic power engineering construction projects from point to point,starting from the cost composition,control process,problems and management methods of this project.Firstly,the relevant literature on engineering cost management at home and abroad was collated,and a comprehensive understanding and application of relevant concepts,control methods,contents and bases were made,thus clarifying the importance of implementing project cost management and control.On this basis,the current situation of cost management for the 35kV project of Q Power Supply Company is studied.From the perspectives of cost concept,cost management,control system formation and cooperation of all relevant parties in implementation,the cost management of the project is studied in depth,problems are clarified and suggestions are made for the cost management of the project.Through the selection of methods,it is determined that the earned value analysis method is used,and through comparative analysis,it is found that the earned value analysis method is applicable to the 35 kV project of Q Power Supply Company,and an optimisation scheme is proposed for the cost management of the project and implemented and controlled.Finally,a comparative analysis of the effect before and after the implementation of the optimisation scheme is conducted to find a cost control scheme suitable for Q Power Supply Company or for power engineering projects,so as to provide more power enterprises with We will provide cost control guidelines for more power companies. |
