Abstract/Summary:
The rapid development of information and artificial intelligence technology is gradually changing people’s life and production mode.More and more intelligent products and information management concepts appear in the actual enterprise management process.These new technologies and new ideas constantly eliminate the backward management methods and concepts,so as to promote the information revolution of enterprise management again and again.At present,for the power supply company’s electric charge recovery management system,all kinds of electric charge recovery management information is completed by manual input.This kind of semi-automatic management mode,not only can not meet the demand of efficient management of electricity recovery,but also greatly hindered the development of enterprises,increased the cost of various human and material resources.And the service provided can not meet the needs of customers.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the new problems in the process of tariff recovery management through new information means,and further improve the data sharing and risk control of tariff recovery management.In this thesis,according to the actual business process and customer needs of the city power supply company’s electricity recovery management,we design and develop an electricity recovery management system based on J2 EE.The main function modules of the system include basic data management,charge management,arrears risk management,breach of contract management and power outage management.In the process of software development,the latest information management concept is adopted,and the MVC mode of software development technology is introduced into the development and design of functional modules of the system.The development language of the system software is Java,the development tool is eclipse,and the spring MVC lightweight development framework is used to complete the coding design of the system function module.According to the specific characteristics of each functional module to determine the business logic interface of the functional module,through the control module to call various business operation interfaces according to the needs of the user page to complete the functional operation.The data display part is put into the view module,and the background database is also called through the control module.The modules are accessed and operated by specific interface examples,which greatly reduces the coupling between modules and improves the maintenance efficiency of system functions.Finally,QTP tool is used to test the function of the system,and JMeter tool is used to test the load performance of the system.The final test results show that the system can better meet the demand of electricity charge recovery management of municipal power supply companies,realize the sharing of system data,reduce the company’s management cost,and effectively improve the efficiency and service quality of electricity charge recovery management of municipal power supply companies.In this thesis,the development of electricity recovery management system has been put into trial in a regional power company,through the use of the system,completely changed the current situation of each department of the city power supply company using their own information management system,while improving the work efficiency,but also further promote the circulation of electricity recovery information data between different departments,improve the informatization of the power supply company Construction level.
