At the beginning of the 21 st century,China imported a number of advanced fighter planes from Russia.The batch of fighters were equipped with ground a fire control system.As the aircraft’s service life increases,the failure rate of ground fire control system products also increases.Since the Russian side did not provide system-level testing equipment,our testing methods were not perfect,and it was difficult to ensure the training needs of the troops.In order to improve t capability of equipment support,we independently developed the ground fire control system simulation test equipment.The main research work of this paper are as follows:1.The 11 components of the ground fire control system,including the ground fire control computer,display control computer,weapon control computer,information conversion and cross-linking computer,multifunctional display,television signal transformation and conversion computer,target controller,information loading and storage computer,integrated power supply device,control button,mounting frame,etc.are deeply developed.The function modules and principle block diagrams of the ground fire control computer,information conversion and cross-linking computer,multifunctional display,television signal transformation and conversion computer are emphatically introduced,which paves the way for the development of simulation test equipment and provides a clear direction for the development of equipment.2.Analyze the functions and technical indicators of the ground fire control system,clarify the test requirements of the system test equipment,put forward the hardware architecture design scheme of the system test equipment,draw the functional block diagram of the hardware of the test equipment and make the hardware equipment such as power control cabinet,control cabinet,command console,etc.3.The design method of simulation and test software for ground fire control system is proposed.The requirements of nine sub-module functions such as the system initialization,flight parameters setting,HUD screen backup,system status query,display test information,driving screen simulation,HUD screen simulation,setting parameter setting and system stop are analyzed.The function of each modules is designed and implemented by using the C++ builder.4.The environmental tests of high temperature,low temperature and normal temperature were carried out on the test equipment of the ground fire control system,and the test methods of the test equipment were clarified.The test functions verified that the functions of the test equipment are stable and reliable;Point test method,12 aspects of vertical overload,angle of attack,pitch angle,Slant angle,vertical speed,Barometric number,real-time speed,TAS,mach number,geometric height,distance to the target,barometric height.The performance was tested and the performance test results met the expected requirements,and the trial situation of the simulation test platform was introduced.
