| In the last 20 years,construction industry has always been important still of our national economy,as well as main force of overseas business.However,on the road to high quality development,the develop of construction industry was encountered unprecedented challenge under the impact of COVID-19 and Sino-US trade friction.The way of blind expansion was not adapted to development.It is necessary to create new management mode,and seek solution of high quality development,as well as replying crisis and challenge.Whole-life-intelligence construction mode may be an effective way to transformation development.In the context of new infrastructure,whole-life-intelligence construction mode was researched,and applied in GZ construction company.Firstly,COVID-19 and Sino-US trade friction were analyzed,as well as current situation of domestic construction industry.Then opportunities for construction industry was discussed.Third,situation and development issues of GZ construction company was discussed using theoretical derivation and case analysis method.Whole-life-intelligence construction mode was proposed including design,building and using,from clues of traditional and intelligent management clews.The proposed mode was constituted with 3 levels: management process combing,information technology of BIM,5G,Io T,AI and so on,support of OA management platform,intelligent robot,infrared thermomer and so on.Guarantee of the proposed mode was included with organizational reformation,personal structure optimization,operation process building,digital transformation,financial security.The research from the whole thesis indicated the feasibility and reference price. |
