Study On Evaluation And Improvement Of Municipal Engineering Construction Quality Management In The Context Of High Quality Development

The rapid development of the city is inseparable from the construction of municipal engineering,and the quality of municipal engineering construction determines the level of urban development and the happiness of people’s lives to a certain extent.As China entering the stage of high-quality development from high-speed development,the standards of municipal engineering construction quality have also been correspondingly improved.However,there are still some system and management loopholes in the construction of municipal engineering represented by municipal tunnel engineering at present,which greatly affect the quality of engineering construction.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the construction quality management of municipal tunnel engineering.The research of this dissertation includes four aspects: first,the construction quality evaluation index system of tunnel engineering is constructed.Based on the literature combing of quality management,influencing factors of municipal engineering construction quality management,and evaluation methods of municipal engineering construction quality management,this dissertation establishes an evaluation system with 5 first-level indicators and 17 second-level indicators from the five elements of man,material,method,mechanical equipment and environment,in orde to improves the tunnel construction quality management evaluation system.Second,a tunnel engineering construction quality evaluation model is established.The scores of each first-level index are weighted by the second-level index,in which the index weight is determined by the multiplicative ensemble method based on the comprehensive objective assignment method entropy method and the subjective assignment method analytic hierarchy method.Third,the construction quality management level of Q Company’s tunnel engineering was evaluated.Based on the determined index system and evaluation method,combined with the questionnaire survey data and expert scoring data,the construction quality management level of Q company’s tunnel engineering was measured,and the deficiencies of management were further explored on this basis.Fourth,targeted construction management suggestions are put forward in order to provide reference for the improvement of the quality of similar municipal engineering projects.
