The oscilloscope occupies an important position in the field of time domain testing,and has been developing continuously over the years,and is gradually developing in the direction of multi-function and portability.The accuracy and diversity of triggering and the high waveform capture rate are currently the two major research focuses of oscilloscopes.At the same time,the USB3.0 specification has gradually become the field of oscilloscopes with its high data throughput rate,excellent compatibility and wide use.The data transfer method used.This article is devoted to the research of the USB oscilloscope data processing module,and completes the design of the data processing board of the USB oscilloscope analyzer.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Through the study of the overall working principle and working process of the USB oscilloscope analyzer,the key parts of the data processing module are designed and analyzed,the key components are selected,and the USB interface control module,trigger module and parallel three-dimensional mapping are given.Module scheme.2.Completed the circuit design of the entire processing board,including a stable and reliable power supply scheme,phase-locked loop peripheral circuits,USB interface circuits and other related circuits.3.Completed the design of the high-precision trigger system.By studying the advantages and disadvantages of analog triggering and digital triggering,a hybrid triggering method was designed to improve the accuracy of triggering.According to various trigger requirements,a variety of advanced triggers such as pulse width trigger and timeout trigger are designed.4.Through the comparative analysis of different parallel 3D mapping schemes,the parallel mapping scheme based on the time sequence of sampling data is determined in this paper.At the same time,optimization design such as pipeline processing and pingpong operation is adopted for the mapping process,so that the USB oscilloscope analyzer can capture the highest waveform.The rate exceeds 500,000wfms/s.Through debugging and testing of the USB oscilloscope analyzer processing board,the hardware circuit power ripple and clock jitter of the USB oscilloscope analyzer data processing module designed in this paper meet the index requirements,and the key modules of the data processing module function normally,completing the research objectives.
