| China’s automobile industry is currently in a stage of rapid development.As an important pillar of the national economy,it also plays an important role in the travel process of every people in the society.With the increasingly stringent requirements on price,science and technology,environmental protection and quality,market competition is gradually white-hot,enterprises want to better improve efficiency,strengthen cost management,optimize the supply chain is the key problem faced by every automobile enterprise.Under the above research background,this paper mainly carries out related research on supply chain cost management under the guidance of cost control theory,supply chain management theory and the theoretical research of domestic and foreign scholars.This paper focuses on the case analysis method,taking C Automobile Company as an example,through the basic understanding of the basic situation of the enterprise,analyzes its relevant financial indicators and production data to compare with domestic and foreign automobile enterprises,and finds the gap between it and other automobile enterprises in terms of management.Through researching and discussing the specific composition of the supply chain cost of C Automobile Company and its actual control situation,sort out and summarize the problems that need to be solved urgently in the upstream and downstream of the supply chain in cost control,and the causes of the problems were analyzed.The optimization scheme is designed according to the problems existing in the supply chain management of C Automobile Company.The upstream should pay attention to the management and cooperation of suppliers and optimize the procurement management mode and process.We should strengthen the internal control and management of employee-oriented,strengthen the restraint of responsibility system and innovate the inventory mode.Control the cost of the downstream supply chain through credit rating evaluation and logistics integration;Moreover,the information flow of supply chain needs to be guaranteed through the construction of information system.At the same time,it puts forward some suggestions to build the cultural atmosphere of enterprise cost control and improve the supervision and guarantee system and risk management system,so as to assist the implementation of various measures of supply chain cost control.This paper hopes to provide practical guidance for C Automobile Company in supply chain cost management,play an innovative role in cost management of the enterprise,make more profits for the enterprise from a strategic point of view,strengthen the awareness of resource integration,and enhance the core competitiveness. |
