Research On Procurement Cost Control Of Longta Company Based On Supply Chain Management

With the internationalization of information and economy,the supply chain and supply chain management have been effectively promoted and improved,which makes the competition between enterprises rise from the pure product competition to the whole supply chain competition.Supply chain management mode requires that our procurement management is no longer a simple operation level,but a strategic level.From R & D,procurement to production and sales,even after-sales,the traditional separate management mode can not meet the development of the times.The market needs to respond quickly and ensure the quality.At the same time,the whole purchase cost needs to continue to be optimized.Supply chain management must be integrated into every link and daily management of the enterprise.The supply chain competition among enterprises has become the main aspect of enterprise competition,and the purchase cost control is the top priority in the supply chain management.Therefore,the study of purchasing cost control based on supply chain management is of great practical significance for enterprises.With the change of economic environment at home and abroad and the aggravation of industry competition,the price,quality,type and other requirements of aerial vehicles are becoming higher and higher.As the source of production and manufacturing of aerial vehicles,raw material procurement management level has a particularly prominent impact on product cost control and profit.Based on the above changes,this paper makes an in-depth understanding and Research on the existing supply chain management and procurement cost control work of longta company,analyzes the problems existing in R & D,procurement,production and warehouse of longta company,and applies the supply chain management theory,procurement management theory,procurement cost control,vendor managed inventory(VMI Based on inventory theory and just in time theory,this paper puts forward a comprehensive transformation and Reform on the related work of purchase cost control of longta company,and gives a feasible purchase cost control scheme based on supply chain management.This scheme is discussed from three aspects: organizational structure,supplier management system and procurement cost control method.The main contents include: improving procurement department,establishing and improving supplier management system and improving procurement cost control method,so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing procurement work,effectively reducing procurement cost and improving procurement efficiency.The research results of this paper have a positive guiding role for the procurement management of longta company,and hope to have some reference for the aerial vehicle manufacturing industry and other machinery manufacturing enterprises.
