| In recent years,the power industry has developed rapidly,at the same time,the demand of enterprises for talents is becoming more and more diversified,talents gradually occupy the dominant position in the competition among various enterprises.The loss of personnel in state-owned thermal power plants is more and more serious,among them,the most staff loss is the technical personnel.On the one hand,this situation seriously affects the safe operation of the equipment,on the other hand,it may also bring a series of bad effects to enterprises.In view of this,it is necessary to study the loss of technical personnel in thermal power enterprises,and then find solutions,it is very important for thermal power enterprises to retain excellent professional and technical personnel.This article mainly starts from the professional and technical personnel of DTBC company.First of all,According to the situation of DTBC’ s technical staff resigning voluntarily,analyze the characteristics of this situation,the technical personnel of DTBC company were investigated by questionnaire,through the DTBC company’s on-the-job technical staff to take job satisfaction survey,and the investigation of the reasons leading to the resignation.Then the collected questionnaire data are summarized,finally,I use the relevant theory of personnel management to put forward corresponding solutions.finally,put forward the solution measures for the loss of the company’s technical personnel.In depth analysis of the major factors for the high wastage rate of technical personnel in DTBC company are as follows: imperfect recruitment,inconsistency between recruiters and post requirements,and mismatch between personnel and post it is easy to reduce the job satisfaction of technical personnel;there are big defects in the company’s salary and welfare system,low salary level and unattractive welfare policy,which can not motivate technical personnel well;there is no good promotion mechanism in the company,so it is difficult for technical personnel to promote,limited personal development space for technical personnel;the training related system is not humanized,for example,the process and method can not satisfy the staff,it is difficult to stimulate their enthusiasm for training;the construction of corporate culture is too backward to keep up with the development speed of the enterprise.In the face of this series of problems,through a certain degree of research to find out the countermeasures,they consist of : in depth optimization of recruitment work,pay and welfare system should be improved as soon as possible,for the company’s internal implementation of the post rise mechanism for continuous improvement,and creating harmonious corporate culture,so as to relief the current situation of DTBC company’s loss of technical personnel.Through the research and analyzes the present situation,existing problems and reasons for leaving of technical personnel in DTBC company,then put forward reasonable suggestions,we hope to alleviate the DTBC company’s run of technical personnel,meanwhile,it is helpful and effective for the daily work of human resource management in Other units in the group and similar enterprises. |
