| With Chinese shipbuilding industry has made great progress since the 1990 s,under the influence of the current global economic situation recession and uncertainty,the space for survival and development of ship enterprises is increasingly limited,and the profit space is shrinking.Presently,ship building technology is developing towards the automation and environmental need,and high-tech plays an important role in ship building.Talents,especially high-capacity,high-quality professional and technical talents,are the driving force for the development of an enterprise and the embodiment of the core competitiveness of an enterprise.Therefore,how to improve the ability and quality of professional and technical personnel in shipbuilding enterprises is an urgent concern for shipbuilding enterprises.In this paper,HC shipping company professional and technical personnel team as the research object,through the combing and induction of relevant literature and theory,combined with the questionnaire,the company’s professional and technical personnel status and problems are analyzed,find out the causes of the problem,and provide the professional and technical personnel team ability and quality improvement program.It is found that the number of professional and technical talents in HC shipping company is insufficient.The structure is unreasonable,the training system is lacking,the brain drain is serious,and the training mechanism is not completed.Aiming these problems,this paper proposes to increase the number of professional and technical talents,improve the training system of professional and technical talents,reduce the brain drain of professional and technical talents and improve the training of professional and technical talents Countermeasures and suggestions on mechanism,etc. |
