| With the increasing problem of environmental pollution,ecological environment and social life are facing many problems.The serious consequences of environmental damage make different industries and different fields begin to realize the importance of sustainable development.Sustainable design has also become one of the inevitable trends in the development of design field.Textile materials play an important role in product development.How to reduce the environmental pollution caused by textile materials production and realize the recycling and reuse of waste materials so as to promote the more sustainable development of fiber materials is a problem that needs to be solved in current material design and development.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the sustainable development of textile fiber materials under the sustainable background and analyze the application of sustainable design concept in bag product design and the application of sustainable design materials in product design.In this paper,the waste plastic label is taken as the research object,and a variety of composite processes and weaving processes are used to realize the transformation of the waste plastic label from waste to fiber material.The composite material transformed by the regenerative design method has good characteristics of resistance and load bearing,so it can be applied in the bag product design.In the experiment,the possibility of reuse design was found,and the way to prolong the life cycle of plastic products and the application of recycled materials in product design were found.Through the experiment of recycled materials and the study of bag structure,the experiment results are summarized and then the reuse of waste plastic label is realized.It provides more possibilities for the sustainable development of bag material and the recycling and reuse of plastic products,and also provides new ideas for the design and application of bag material. |
