Research On The Design Of The Pension Building Of The Happiness Home In The Northern Rural Areas

The aging problem has been a topic of concern to all walks of life.Compared with the urban pension,the rural areas pension problem is more prominent.In 2008,the "happy hospital" was launched in Feixiang,Hebei Province and achieved good results.In 2012,the state proposed to strengthen the construction of rural communities,give full play to the functions of the elderly care of rural communities,rely on Villagers’ autonomy and collective economy,and establish and promote the rural "happy hospital" pension building in the country with the call and support of the state.Because the construction of "happy courtyard" is just starting in recent years,it is mostly in the pilot exploration stage,most of them lack design and limited overall construction funds.In addition,there are many problems in rural old-age buildings in the north,such as the aging and the demand for the elderly.This paper takes the rural "happy hospital" old-age building in northern China as the research object,and conducts relevant research on the rural "happy hospital" from two aspects: theoretical guidance and field investigation.First,by using the method of literature research and case analysis,we can find out the development strategy and research status of the rural "happy hospital",summarize its positioning,operation mode and restrictive factors affecting its development;learn the relevant theoretical knowledge of the design of the elderly care building and the design advantages of the overseas cooperative residential pension building,which is the Chinese country The research on the design of the "happy house" old-age building in northern rural areas provides ideas and references.Then,the author makes a field investigation on the "happy hospital" in the northern countryside by using the method of real investigation and data statistics.This paper is based on the current situation of the rural "happy house" empty nest elderly,and starts from improving their living environment and meeting the needs of the elderly.Through visiting investigation and questionnaire,collect first-hand data,shoot the indoor and outdoor space of "happy hospital" in rural areas,and find out the existing problems and shortcomings;through visiting villages,record the interaction scenes of the elderly and draw relevant analysis charts,analyze the basic characteristics of the elderly and the related needs of the elderly,and understand the use of the "happy hospital" pension space.Based on the above research,the paper focuses on the design principles of "happy Institute",location and planning layout,functional composition and spatial layout,and the key points of functional space design.The paper puts forward the design strategy of "happy courtyard" in rural areas in the north.Finally,taking yangfangbao village of Zhangjiakou as an example,the design and verification of the pension building of happiness hospital are carried out.
